Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data from any game or app published by Haloshine Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. It applies to all of our apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Deleting from Inside the App

Where an app offers accounts, open its Settings and choose Delete account. In apps made for children, this option sits behind the parent gate, so only a parent can reach it.

2. Deleting by Email

Send an email to info@haloshinetech.com with:

• The name of the app or game
• The email address or player name used in it, if you have one
• Whether you want the whole account deleted, or only certain data

Write from the email address linked to the account where possible. If you cannot, we may ask you a question about the account before we act, so that nobody else can delete your data.

Parents and guardians may use this route for a child's data, including asking us to stop collecting any more of it.

3. What We Delete

• Your profile and any player name, avatar or settings
• Game progress, scores, stickers and other in-game content linked to the account
• Any anonymous identifier the app created to save progress on your device
• Support messages you sent us, once the matter is closed

4. What We Keep, and For How Long

• Purchase and invoice records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. They show the transaction, not your gameplay
• Security logs: kept for a short period to protect our systems against abuse, then deleted
• Anything we must keep by law or to resolve a dispute

Purchases made through an app store are handled by that store. To delete a store account, use Google Play or Apple account settings.

5. How Long It Takes

We confirm your request when we receive it and complete deletion within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be restored, and deleting an account ends access to anything bought inside the app.
